This photograph shows some flowers that i received on Valentine Day. I like this picture because it is simple and the lighting is good. The main focus is the flowers. The way the light hits the wall directly above the flowers and the vertical lines which draws the eye to the flowers which makes it a good background.

read. The eye is automatically drawn to Michelle Obama. the magazines show all the popular topics that females find interesting. I wanted to have a collage of different magazines so I left the background simple so that it would not distract the eye away from the main focus.

Turtle

This photograph was taken at the lake behind my apartment. I used this to show opposites. There is one baby turtle and the adult turtle. The reason why I like this picture is because it was not staged and it shows nature at its best. I wish I could have zoomed in closer but the turtles jumped in the water as soon as I took the picture. In the background the water forms a wave pattern which gives the picture movement.

This picture shows contrast between the hard rocks and the soft grass. the way this picture is made with half and half it makes you look at each of the different textures and compare.

the repetition, it makes you think "what is going on here?" to make this picture better I could have zoomed in and use depth of field to blur out the chairs in the background.

When I made this picture I wanted to focus on the fish which is the subject. I tried to make the background blurry but was unsuccessful. This was taken in a dark room so I think I used the right shutter speed to get the most light possible

This is a really nice photograph. I took it of a couple that was in a crowded club. I think this is a good picture because the light hits the couple and even thought the background is busy everything in the background is dark so it doesn't compete with the couple which is the subject.

When I made this photo I wanted the focus to be on the girl but the way she is holding the glass they almost compete for attention. To make this a better photo I would have moved the pole out of the background. The f stop is 5.9 and the shutter speed is .017 seconds.

When I made this picture I wanted the subject to be the guy in the foreground. The female in the background adds some balance to the picture. I think this is a good picture because everything is in focus. The F stop is 3.1 and the shutter speed is .017 seconds.

I made this photo with the idea of simplicity. I wanted to keep the little girl the main focus. The F-stop for this picture is 3.1 The shutter speed is .017 seconds. I think the the picture turned out good its not blurry or over exposed.

I made this photo because I was surprised that the flowers i received on Valentines Day are still alive. The Subject is the flowers. I wanted to focus on having a simple background. to make this photo better I should have zoomed in closer and made sure the flowers were sitting in the middle of the table.

When making this picture I wanted to focus on the trees and how the are lined up along the sidewalk. The subject is the tress and how they forcce the eye to travel down the pathway.

When making this picture I wanted the cars to be the subject. They are all parked which forms a diagonal line. In the future to make this picture better I would have the diagonal line draw you eye toward something interesting instead of ending the picture without a main focus.

When making this picture I wanted to focus on the heart in the middle. I think this picture have good balance because the two girls on the left are balanced out with the lights in the background. There is a lot going on in the background of the picture but I don't think it talks away from the main focus.

This picture follows the golden section rule because your attention is automactically drawn to the bag of funyuns because there is a glare and angle. My picture style is still pictures.
